Each dish is crafted as a miniature piece of architecture, where balance, rhythm, and proportion come together in a structural aesthetic unique to haute cuisine at altitude.

 

Drawing inspiration from the nine planets of the galaxy, the space features celestial blue art installations suspended in a pure white interior — both romantic and futuristic. Founded by a French-born Nanjinger, the kitchen honors French craftsmanship while embracing local culture, offering à la carte classics, six-course tasting menus, and the popular tomahawk steak set. The signature dessert is a crisp, layered caramel raspberry mille-feuille.

This July, France Larome Group invites you to a transcendent culinary encounter — a poetic dinner where sky meets sea.

“L’Arôme Duo-Stars” is a signature collaboration between two of the Group’s MICHELIN-recognized restaurants: L’Arôme by the Sea (Phuket) and L’Arôme in the Sky (Nanjing). For the first time, their chefs unite to explore the aesthetics of nature and structure through cuisine.

 

Presented over two exclusive nights, the six-course modern French tasting menu reflects:

– Chef Maksym’s lyrical tribute to the ocean’s gifts,

– and Chef Pierre’s architectural approach to high-altitude gastronomy, inspired by the city’s geometry and skyline rhythm.

 

Each dish becomes a dialogue between two souls.

Each bite, a whisper from the stars.

L’Arôme in the Sky rises above the Nanjing skyline as a modern French restaurant inspired by architectural structure, urban geometry, and contemporary visual composition. Here, space and flavor converge through design, with each dish crafted like a work of edible architecture — precise, symmetrical, and rhythmically balanced.

 

From the arched form of the “Castle in the Sky” lemon meringue dessert, echoing the softness of clouds, to the slow-aged red sea bream with sturgeon caviar and coconut, whose textures evoke layered modern materials — every plate tells a story of harmony between structure and nature. Signature creations such as the 21-day dry-aged M7 Wagyu Tomahawk, the pan-seared foie gras with caramelized pear and red wine fig sauce, and the scallops with sea urchin sauce and gorgon nuts are composed with architectural thinking — balancing temperature, texture, and spatial depth.

 

The restaurant’s interior reflects this philosophy through clean geometric lines, modular zones, and the contrast of cool lighting with warm wooden textures, creating an immersive, gallery-like dining environment. Guests dine as if inside a floating French installation suspended above the city.
