Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Management: Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative functions, including HR, procurement, and general office management. Ensure that all administrative activities comply with company standards and Thai laws.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide insights to improve financial planning and cost management.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting management, with a strong focus on financial reporting, compliance, and administrative functions. Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable.

Bilingual: Proficient in both Thai and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
