As the Marketing Manager at France Larome Group, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketingstrategies to elevate the visibility and reputation of establishments. We are looking for an individual who is bilingual in French and English, possesses a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and has a proven track record in marketing restaurants and bars.

 

Responsibilities:

•         Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote our restaurants and bars, aligning with overall business objectives.

  • Utilize both online and offline channels to maximize reach and impact.

•         Brand Positioning and Messaging:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand image for each restaurant within the group.

•         Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee the digital presence of our restaurants, including website content, social media, and online advertising.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.

•         Event Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and coordinate promotional events to attract and engage customers.

  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

•         Collaboration with Culinary Teams:

  • Work closely with chefs and culinary teams to highlight unique offerings and create compelling marketing materials.

•         Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and conduct regular competitor analysis.

  • Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our marketing approach.

•         Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for each restaurant, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.

 

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

• Proven experience in marketing within the fine dining restaurant or hospitality sector.

• Strong understanding of the culinary industry and an appreciation for high-quality dining experiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.

Profile/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fine dining restaurant industry or relevant work experience

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift

• Good communication skills in English
