  • Previous experience in fine dining restaurant industry or relevant work experience

  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently

  • Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift

  • Good communication skill in English

Chef de Rang / Assistant Maître d’hôtel (H/F)



  • Assister le restaurant manager / maître d’hôtel dans le quotidien

  • Promouvoir les produits et le service du restaurant auprès de notre clientèle

  • Accueillir, conseiller et fidéliser les clients


  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience d’au moins 3 ans aux restaurants gastronomiques/étoilés

  • Bilingue Français Anglais obligatoire 

  • Votre goût du service fait de vous un réel passionné de votre métier et votre priorité est d’apporter une expérience client unique et singulière

  • D'excellente présentation, vous vous caractérisez par votre capacité d’adaptation

  • Organisé, rigoureux, autonome


  • Poste en CDI français avec expatriation en Thaïlande (6mois à Paris+6mois à Phuket sur 12mois)

Regional Executive Chef


The Regional Executive Chef (Asia) is expected to play an integral role in the menu design and other pre-opening missions for the group. 



 1. Pre-opening concept development in different cities / countries:

        Leading the creation and regular updating of the menu and all related technical sheets

        Contribute to the kitchen layout design and equipment checks

 2. Managing the operations:

        Recruitment & training of core team

        Enforcement of the hygiene and food safety standards

        Establishment of a work organization compatible with production and its contingencies

        Supervision of the entire production

 3. Contributing to the cost control:

        Supply and inventory management

        Develop and implement guidelines and control procedures for purchasing and receiving activities

        Carrying out ratios analysis 

 4. Team management:

        Motivating teams and assessing skills and potential

 5. Identifying operational deficiency and implementing corrective measures 

 6. Public relationship work




  1. Self-motivated and diligent

  2. Significant experience in fine dining sector / Michelin-starred restaurants

  3. Work experiences in Asia highly desired

  4. French & English fluency is a must


Competitive salary and other compensations based on candidate's profile
