“LAROME GROUP didn’t start as a traditional restaurant company. Since opening our first restaurant in Paris in 2009, I’ve spent over a decade, transitioning from a finance background to the restaurant industry, deeply involved in the operation and management of high-end restaurants in various markets. For us, what truly matters isn’t ‘how many restaurants we open,’ but rather repeatedly validating and refining a truly sustainable restaurant system across different cultures, consumption habits, and business environments. Today, LAROME GROUP has evolved into a high-end restaurant operation and management platform spanning Europe and Asia. Several of our projects have received Michelin Guide recognition, and we also provide long-term, systematic support to high-end brands, hotels, and commercial projects, from initial positioning to long-term operation. Compared to a purely consulting firm, our advantage lies in the fact that we ourselves are long-term operators; all our experience comes from real projects, not just theoretical strategies.”
